We started using UnderHost because we needed offshore hosting for parts of our crypto business. We currently use their servers for our API, customer dashboard, monitoring, and a few internal tools. The servers have been stable, even when our traffic increased. We also liked having several offshore locations available and the option to pay with crypto. The migration went smoothly. Support helped us check our DNS records, SSL, firewall rules, and security settings before we moved everything. They understood our technical questions and did not just send us generic replies. The main issue is that some custom server and networking options are not shown on the order page. We had to contact support and wait for them to confirm what was available. Normal questions are answered quickly, but complicated requests can take longer depending on the server location. Overall, we have had a good experience and still use UnderHost today. The servers are reliable, support has been helpful, and their locations work well for our business.
