Great Support

I've been with ARZ Host for a long time, and the level and quality of support has remained good over the years. In recent months, whenever I had an issue, the ARZ Host support team took responsibility and helped me find the right solution instead of sending me elsewhere. This saved me a lot of time. The support team was also helpful whenever I needed technical assistance. When I requested to cancel, the process was handled properly, and I wasn't charged an unnecessary full month's fee after flagging the renewal on the renewal date. Overall, I’ve had a hassle-free experience with ARZ Host and am happy with their customer service.

Easy to Contact

Following a referral from my web developer, I switched to ARZ Host for my hosting needs. I recently needed their assistance with an SSL issue and, despite it being relatively early on a Saturday morning, they took my call straight away, raised a ticket, and resolved the issue in minutes. Excellent service, and it's great that it is so easy to speak to someone who can help.

Superb, Timely and 100% Professional

I contacted ARZ Host support over non-receipt of emails and was promptly asked what I needed. I detailed my needs, and an hour later I received a detailed explanation of what I needed to do. Every email was responded to by support almost by return, with comprehensive answers that professionally dealt with my queries. Frankly, this has been a perfect interaction. If only other support desks were as professional.

ARZ Host Support Is Astonishing

ARZ hosting support is astonishing. I have had friendly, respectful responses, often within 10–20 minutes of submitting a problem, 24/7 as far as I can tell. I host a package of 10 sites, and the quality of support alone makes ARZ Host the obvious choice for a web manager like me.
